Andrea Bighi is an Italian photographer and
filmmaker born in Ferrara on Feb. 07, 1987. He began shooting at the age of four and, after finishing his studies, devoted himself to the photography profession.
In 2020 he made the short film “Una foglia” (A Leaf) for which he won the awards for Best Cinematography at the European Film Festival (Russia) and Top Indie Film Awards (Japan) and the award for Best Debut Film at the White Unicorn International Film Festival (India) and screened at the
Disappear Here Film Festival (Ireland) and Festival Internacional de Cine sobre Envejecimiento (Uruguay).
Since 2022 he has been an external lecturer of History and Technique of Photography at Liceo Artistico Dosso Dossi.
